Welcome to ISRS 2025 CNS Summit Registration
Account
In order to register and submit abstracts you will first need to:
• Login to your ISRS account if you are an existing ISRS member
• Create your ISRS profile if you are not a current ISRS member
• Join ISRS as a member to have Summit discounts and other member benefits
Once completed, you are automatically ready to register and/or submit an abstract for the Summit.

The registration fee includes:
- Admission to the Summit June 4th & 5th, 2025
- Meeting materials
Complimentary access to:
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Summit dinner on Wednesday, June 4th
Fees
ISRS members will benefit from a discounted registration fee.
Attention: Member fees are applicable only if you are an Active, Associate, Affiliate or Academic Member at the time of registration.
Registrations under this status will be verified automatically. If you are not a member or if your membership is not up to date, you will not have access to these discounted fees.

Registration Payment
The registration fee is contingent on the date of the receipt of the completed online registration as well as the receipt of payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned below.
– Payment is required at the time of registration. It can be made in Euro only
– Attendees should complete the relevant section of the registration form.
– Credit card fees may apply depending on your financial service provider
– 3D Secure payment system
– Accepted means of payment: Visa – Mastercard – Amex

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration:
Delegates are subject to the following charges and refunds upon withdrawal or cancellation.
- More than 90 days prior to the first day of the event: 50% cancellation fee / 50% refund, with a minimum of €100 of penalty.
- Less than 90 days prior to the first day of the event: Full cancellation fee / No refund
