Do You Require a Visa?
CNS Summit 2027 attendees from certain countries may require a visa to enter Switzerland. Please check the official website to determine whether you require a visa.
Visa Invitation Letter
A custom visa invitation letter for CNS Summit 2027 will only be provided to delegates with a confirmed registration paid in full. Should you require further assistance, please contact Ms. Eda Deger at edeger@kenes.com.
The letter is intended to help delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa but does not imply the ISRS or CNS Summit Organizing Secretariat will provide financial support.
Visa Rejection & Refunds
In case of a visa request rejection, the Organizing Secretariat will refund the full registration fee only upon receipt of the official refusal document from the Embassy.
